HOW TO BUY?

- Browse our online store to find the product(s) you want;
- Choose your products and add them to the Shopping Cart;
- When you have all the products in your Shopping Cart, click on Checkout
* If you haven't already done so, log in or register;
- Choose the address you want us to send your order to;
- Fill in your billing and payment details;
- Review your order and make the payment.

Once the order has been dispatched, responsibility for it passes to the carrier (CTT, USPS or DHL).

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Products are only delivered on *working days.
Any delay in the dispatch of items in relation to the estimated dates given does not entitle you to compensation.
By way of indication, without this being binding on catyn.com and unless the products are unavailable or there are other possible causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered in accordance with the deadlines described above.

Delivery times are indicative and therefore considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses or force majeure).

Note: During sales, black friday and other peak times, orders may suffer slight delays in processing.


SHIPPING COSTS

The amount payable for shipping, which is added to the price of the products purchased, is calculated automatically at checkout.
Sometimes we can offer free shipping or discounted shipping depending on the value of the order or whether you are a regular customer.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking code. With it, you will be able to follow the delivery status in real time via the carrier's website or on our website, in the “My Orders” section.

LOST / DAMAGED PARCEL

In the event that the order is not received within the time limits indicated, the customer must contact  customer service (mailto:info@catyn.com)
Refunds can only be made after verification and confirmation that the order is lost.

In the event of a damaged order, and if you realize this before you receive it, you should not pick up the order and immediately file a complaint with the carrier and inform us of the complaint by email: info@catyn.com.
