I think it is a aquarelle.
Paintings painted by hand always have their value and who knows the appreciation they may have over the years. This picture is signed but I can not find out who is the artist.
It is signed and marked the year of 1964.
I sell at a fair price, at risk of being below market value since I am not knowledgeable about paintings 🙂
